- Light case of 09G2S steel withstands pressure of 0.21 MPa.
- Complementary to internal vibrating tape, additional pneumatic vibrators are provided outside the hopper for more effective cement unloading.
- The design provides an original self-cleaning system for prefilters.

The hopper consists of more than 500 elements. Each is cut out by a software plasma machine, further rolled to the required diameter and transferred to the welding plant.

After welding, the hopper is pressure tested. Inflating first up to 1 atmosphere by the compressor, and after increasing to 2-2.5. Whereafter, the hopper is forwarded to anti-corrosion painting stage.

Painting includes applying two-component epoxy primer and anticorrosive two-component polyurethane enamel. It is based on epoxide resin and amine type hardener with aluminium powder as filler.
